Publish your Pix4D mapping and modeling results as interactive web presentations. The professional Pix4D online viewer that lets you share large-scale photogrammetry projects from Pix4Dmapper and Pix4Dmatic with clients, stakeholders, and teams without technical barriers. Add GPS positioning to your surveyed models.
Kroscloud complements your Pix4D workflow by providing a client-friendly delivery platform. Export your textured meshes from Pix4Dmapper or Pix4Dmatic and transform them into accessible online presentations. Deliver professional results that anyone can view in their browser without installing specialized mapping software.
Whether you use Pix4Dmapper for detailed surveys or Pix4Dmatic for large-scale corridor mapping, Kroscloud supports your GLB exports for seamless online publishing.
No heavy software required. Clients, investors, and project managers can explore your 3D mapping results directly in their web browser on any device.
Showcase changes over time. Include multiple survey dates or design vs. as-built comparisons as switchable layers within a single project URL.
Enhance raw photogrammetry data with audio narrations, text annotations, and hotspot markers to explain key site features and survey findings.
Streamlined workflow from Pix4D processing to published web presentation
In Pix4Dmapper or Pix4Dmatic, generate and export your 3D Textured Mesh. Select GLB (binary glTF) format if available, or OBJ format. GLB is recommended for best web performance and single-file convenience.
Recommended Settings:
Upload your exported model to Kroscloud. Our platform automatically optimizes the viewing experience. Add value to your survey data with informational hotspots, measurements, and multimedia annotations.
Enhancement Tools:
Share a secure link or embed the interactive 3D model directly into your client's report or project portal. Provide immediate access to site data without transferring massive files.
Delivery Options:
Turn technical photogrammetry data into engaging client presentations
Ideal for construction monitoring. Upload multiple Pix4D exports from different dates as separate layers. Clients can toggle between dates to visualize site progress and earthwork changes instantly.
Highlight critical areas, stockpile locations, or inspection points on your Pix4D model. Attach detailed notes, close-up photos, or PDF reports directly to 3D locations in the scene.
Combine your Pix4D orthomosaic/mesh data with high-resolution 360° drone panoramas. Create a complete virtual site tour that switches between 3D models and immersive aerial views.
Embed the full 3D viewer into your company website, client dashboard, or digital reports. Provide a seamless branded experience for your stakeholders.
Record voiceovers to guide clients through the site model. Explain technical details, point out hazards, or summarize survey findings with a narrated walkthrough.
Protect sensitive infrastructure or private property scans. Use password protection and access controls to ensure only authorized clients view your Pix4D deliverables.
Share weekly or monthly drone maps processed in Pix4D. Use layers to show site evolution. Enable stakeholders to remotely inspect progress, logistics, and safety compliance without visiting the site.
Present 3D city models and large property developments. Pix4Dmatic users can share large datasets with investors and city officials, providing an immersive context for new development projects.
Deliver stockpile surveys and quarry maps. Annotate volume calculations (from Pix4D) directly on the 3D model hotspots, giving clients a clear visual reference for the data.
Share detailed inspection models of towers, bridges, and roofs. Pix4Dmapper's high-detail meshes can be annotated with issue markers, creating an interactive inspection report.
Recommended settings for Pix4Dmapper & Pix4Dmatic exports
Kroscloud supports 3D model exports from the entire Pix4D suite, including Pix4Dmapper, Pix4Dmatic, Pix4Dsurvey, and Pix4Dcatch. As long as you can export a textured mesh in GLB or OBJ format, it is compatible with our viewer.
For large survey sites, we recommend generating a specific "web LOD" during the Pix4D export step. Reduce the triangle count to around 200,000-500,000 and use 4K textures. This maintains visual fidelity while ensuring the model loads instantly on client devices.
Currently, Kroscloud is optimized for textured meshes (3D models). Meshes generally provide a better visual experience for non-technical clients compared to point clouds. We recommend generating a mesh from your point cloud in Pix4D before exporting.
The viewer uses a local coordinate system for smooth 3D navigation. However, relative scale and dimensions are preserved, allowing for accurate visualization. You can add georeference information in the project description or annotations.
Yes. Kroscloud offers robust privacy settings. You can make presentations public, unlisted (link only), or password-protected. This is ideal for confidential infrastructure or legal survey projects.
